Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We would be happy to support you in giving the gift of wellness to another. You can make a gift card purchase by utilizing our app under the section labeled “Store,” calling us, emailing us, or by letting your instructor know of your interest and need for support in your purchase. We would also be happy to supply you with an actual gift certificate if you would like.

Q: Do you offer private yoga sessions?

a.i.a. If a client would like to schedule a private yoga session, please consult with us to determine what your needs are and how we might be of service to you. Our clients are also welcomed to attend our group yoga, meditation, and workshop sessions. All upcoming classes are listed on our schedule page and calendar.

Q: How big are the classes?

We are a boutique studio, so our class sizes are intentionally limited to 12 people at max. For workshops, the classes might be larger than 12, but it is dependent on the instructor.

Q: Can I do yoga when I am menstruating or pregnant?

Yoga is great for relieving cramps and back pain, though avoid inversions that modify the natural movement of menstrual fluid. It’s also beneficial for pregnant women, though it is recommended to avoid twisting, inversions, pranayama, any abdominal strengthening pose or lying on the belly.

Q: How many classes or times a week can I do yoga?

Do what feels in alignment with your ability. When we start maybe a couple classes a week feel good and as you progress add more to your liking. Also take different types of yoga classes!

Q: What can I do to take care of myself after class? What can I look out for and be aware of?

Sounds redundant and it’s also some of the best advice, drink plenty of water. We need water to move, to process emotions, and even keep the mind sharp. Also, it’s best to be mindful of the type of class you attended. We recommend to respect the state your body is in after the class and support that.
