There are about 11 main styles of yoga to practice that focus on different aspects of wellness. Often yoga teachers are trained in instructing more than 1 style of yoga, while others enjoy specializing. Most of our classes are meant to promote overall body mobility, strength, and the relaxation of the nervous system. Often you will see Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Restore style classes being offered on our schedule to provide the widest range of support for students at all levels of their yoga practice.
